Terms of use

Rules for accessing and using Call Trace, including accounts, pilot minutes, uploaded call recordings, acceptable use, and service availability.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Call Trace, a software service for AI-assisted call analysis against scripts, checklists, and quality standards.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a pilot request, uploading call recordings, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Call Trace.

2. Service description

Call Trace helps teams upload or connect call recordings, transcribe conversations, compare conversations with a defined script, identify missed steps or required phrases, and review quality signals in reports and dashboards.

The service may include pilot access, usage limits, minute balances, dashboards, API access, storage of audio files, transcripts, call metadata, scripts, and analysis results.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, company, and contact information.

4. Pilot minutes and billing

Promotional pilot minutes are provided for evaluation and may be limited by volume, time period, organization, or campaign. Unused promotional minutes may expire.

If paid plans are introduced or enabled for your account, applicable prices, limits, taxes, renewal rules, and payment terms will be shown before purchase or agreed separately.

5. Customer content and call recordings

You retain ownership of the call recordings, scripts, transcripts, metadata, comments, and other content you submit to Call Trace.

You grant Call Trace the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transcribe, analyze, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, notices, consents, and legal bases to upload, record, transfer, and analyze calls, including where calls include personal data or regulated information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else misuse it.

  • Do not upload content you have no right to process.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or unauthorized monitoring.
  • Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the service.
  • Do not use the service to process highly sensitive or regulated data unless you have confirmed that your use case is legally permitted and appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Intellectual property

Call Trace, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, documentation, and generated product experience, is owned by its operator or licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Call Trace to you. You may not copy, resell, modify, or exploit the service except as allowed by these Terms or a separate written agreement.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify features, add or remove limits, suspend access, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of pilot data, or error-free analysis.

9. Warranties and AI output

AI-generated transcripts, classifications, scores, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent. They should be reviewed by qualified team members before operational, compliance, HR, or customer-impacting decisions are made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Trace disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Trace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, service downtime, or decisions made based on AI analysis.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the platform.

12. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
